Content on the Site is for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it is not an offer to sell any particular product or dataset.

Using the Site or sending an inquiry does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Colliery Research.

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either party to proceed. We may decline to respond or to pursue a request for any reason.

You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it.

If you opt in on our inquiry form (or later by clear written/verbal request), you consent to receive low-volume SMS from Colliery Research, LLC related to your inquiry or an active discussion with us, such as callback confirmations, status updates, and links we discuss with you.

We do not send bulk promotional or lead-generation SMS.

Message frequency varies and is tied to your inquiry or requests. Message and data rates may apply. Colliery Research does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may.

You may not:

The Site’s text, design, logos, and other materials are owned by Colliery Research or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for reasonable personal or internal review.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLIERY RESEARCH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colliery Research and its owners, officers, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

Privacy Policy

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site lies in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
